Collecting localities:

Collected 125 strains of sugarcane in E. New Guinea, near Milne Bay, in the Louisiade Archipelago, Trobriand Is., d’Entrecasteaux Is., and along the NE. coast of New Guinea to Buna, in 1908. The collection was made on behalf of the Colonial Sugar Refining Co of Australia.1 It is unknown to me whether dried specimens were made.
