career:

B.A.’s degree from University of Virginia in 1941; spent 4 years with the U.S. Army doing active service in the Southwest Pacific; at present studying dentistry at the George Washington University.

 

Collecting localities:

1943. In Papua: Port Moresby (Febr.); and in the Mandated Territory (NE. New Guinea): from Oro Bay (March, Apr., May); Soputa (June): Morobe (July-Sept.); Dobodura and Ulatta, vicinity of Oro Bay (last part of Sept.).
