Description
Sub-canopy tree up to 27 m tall and 30 cm dbh. Stipules absent. Leaves
alternate, simple, penni-veined. Flowers with ca. 31 mm long petals, yellow,
placed on twigs. Fruitlets ca. 21 mm long, pink, placed in apocarp, fruitlets
1-seeded.
Ecology
Undisturbed lowland forests. In secondary forests usually present as a
pre-disturbance remnant.
Distribution
Borneo (Sarawak, Sabah, East-Kalimantan).
