career:

Zoologist, educated at University of Chicago. Associated with the Chicago Natural History Museum since 1940; Assistant Curator Division of Fishes since 1949.

 

Collecting localities:

In 1950 he conducted (with D. Dwight Davies) the Bornean Zoological Expedition of the Chicago Natural History Museum, collecting and studying especially fishes and amphibians.
