career:

B.Sc. of Sydney University. In succession Agrostologist, C.S.I.R.O., Canberra; Superintendent of Agriculture and Curator, Botanic Gardens, Darwin (Northern Territory); Officer in Charge, Army Farms Administration, Australian Army during World War II (serving on the Australian mainland and New Guinea); Forest Botanist, Australian Army Forest Survey Units; at present Senior Botanist, National Herbarium, Botanic Gardens, Sydney.

 

Collecting localities:

1945. NE. New Guinea: near Madang, and on Kar Kar Island; New Britain (Bismarck Archipelago) (May-June): near Jacquinot Bay, Open Bay, Wide Bay, Nantambu.
