Born: 1928, Amsterdam, Holland.

 

career:

Since 1954 forest officer in West New Guinea, educated at Wageningen Agricultural College; stationed respectively at Manokwari and Fak-Fak.

Later employed in the Dutch Forestry Service, stationed at Zwolle (O.).

West New Guinea. 1955. Anggi Lakes (Jan. 7-13, ± 50 nos).1-1956. Fak-fak (July 7); Esania (subdiv. Kaimana) (July 14-16); Kooy (subdiv. Kaimana) (Sept. 28); Argoeni Bay (Sept. 29-30), at Mendiwa and Goesimawa; Rijklof-van-Goens Bay, at Kembala, Tiporro, and Tongerai (Nov. 7-11, ± 25 nos). -1957. Gesawe River (subdiv.
