career:

Forest Officer, since 1921 in the employ of the D.E. Indian Forest Service; stationed in Java, in teak districts, and elsewhere. In 1947 he was appointed Chief Inspector of the Forest Service.

Collecting localities:

Centr. Java: Pekalongan Res. (June and Oct. 1923).
