Forester, educated at Montana State University (B.S.F.) and at Cornell University (M.F.); District Forester at Baguio, Manila and Naga, Luzon, 1922-27; Chief Division of Forest Management, Bur. of Forestry, Manila, 1928-30; Chief Division of Forest Fauna and Grazing, 1931-32; since 1933 Chief Fish and Game Administration.¹
