career:

Was educated at the College for Tropical Agriculture, Deventer, Netherlands; from 1946-67 Palynologist of the Royal Dutch Shell in Venezuela and Borneo; from 1967 Palynologist at the Rijksherbarium, Leiden.

 

Collecting localities:

Malaysia. 1962-64. In Brunei, P. Labuan and P. Mullankassan, estuaries of Brunei and Tutong rivers.
