Mycologist in the Laboratory of the Rubber Growers Association at Petaling, Selangor. He left Malaya when the laboratory was closed in 1926. His special interest is Mycetozoa.

Herb. Sing. [SING]: a few phanerogams of his various travels in the Malay Peninsula, e.g. 26 nos in 1926. According to Mr Holltum he might have taken some to England.
