Collecting localities:

Between 1916-25. Malay Peninsula. In the Langkawi Islands with H.C. Robinson, mainly on P. Dayang Bunting (Nov.-Dec. 1916, Jan. 1917); P. Rembia of the Sembilan Islands (Nov. 1918); Kuala Tahan (Nov. 1920); Kuala Lumpur; Pahang, G. Tahan (Febr.-March 1921); P. Lal(l)ang of the Sembilan Islands (Nov. and Dec. 1925). He was evidently still in Malaya early in 1926, as he collected once more in P. Rumbia (= Rembia) on March 26, 1926.

He collected plants for H.C. Robinson (see there). The latter sent most of his collections to Kew [K], so possibly those of Seimund also. In Herb. Kew [K]: plants from Tahan and Kuala Lumpur (pres. 1921), and ? with coll. Robinson; Herb. Sing. [SING]; some dupl. in Herb. Bog. [BO].
