In 1919 in the employ of the ‘Ver. Bosch-exploitatie Mij Techn. Lab. J.Ph. Pfeiffer’ (see sub the latter), evidently collecting in NE. Borneo (see sub Walland). Later he joined the D.E. Indian Forest Service, collecting in SE. Borneo in 1922.
