career:

Overseer in the D.E.I. Forest Service, who was at the disposal of Thorenaar (see there) in Palembang (S. Sumatra), 1920-Oct. 1924; in 1925 stationed in Java, May 1930 transferred to Lingga (Riouw), May 1935 to Tembilahan in Indragiri (Centr. Sumatra) and since Sept. 1937 in Java again.
