Born: 1884.



Officer (Major) of the Burma Rifles, stationed at Taiping, Perak (Malay Peninsula), for a few years round 1925.1 Interested in insects, especially butterflies.


Collecting localities:

He visited Mt Kinabalu in Br. N. Borneo in 1925.2



Herb. Sing. [SING]: some ferns3 and a small coll. of mosses from the Kinabalu. Probably no plants from the Malay Peninsula.
