Officer of the D.E. Indian Civil Service; since April 1870 Secretary, besides notary in Timor. Evidently previously working in Sumatra.1

1870. Sept. 3 he was sent as peacemaker in the name of the Government on a tour to SW. Timor, Babauw (Sonnebait and Amfoeang), returning at Koepang on Oct. 2nd.
