Collecting localities:

Dutch North New Guinea (Nov. 1913-Jan. 1915): principally in the Mamberamo region. From the list in the Buitenzorg Herbarium the following data are extracted: in April 1914 near Pionier bivouac, Mamberamo, Otken River; in May of the same year at Pionier bivouac; in August near Pionier bivouac and Mamberamo; in September near the Mamberamo.

Herb. Bog. [BO]: c. 270 nos of plants (dried and in spirit); dupl. in Herb. Leiden [L]. Some of his collections were mixed up with those of Feuilletau de Bruyn (see there) and were numbered without order, others were numbered by mantri Ajoeb (see there) only. Judging from the numbers part of the material evidently got lost.1 The material was elaborated in Nova Guinea vol. 14.
